I’ve officially given up on exams of any kind and am trying to book myself a Summer holiday.  Too many computer problems, too much hassle, it’s a Monday and I aint happy!!!

We started a session for 15 at 14:00 and it’s still working, although some students are complaining that the system’s slow.  Maybe it’s on its way down!

Bloody thing  E volve has gone down again can you see if anybody else is having problems on exams officers network, I am on the phone to city and guilds

 

 

 

Just managed to get through to C&G !!!

 

They are saying that one of their servers is down and to wait ………. Maybe try again in an hour!!!!

 

 

 

 

We are getting the same message.

 

 

 

Have managed to get into SecureAssess – but was very slow

 

But now on student machine its is saying ‘invalid updates’

 

 

Trying to get through to C&G ……………………….. how annoying is that music!!!!

Anyone experiencing Evolve difficulties this morning?  It says Learner disconnected??? Our systems are all ok and just on hold for ages and C&G?

 

We have managed to get one learner on, but none of the others?

 

Any solutions anyone??
