We have a main dedicated room with 60 pcs, privacy screens and soon to be dividers (for bloomin’ Pearson CSCS tests).

Also will have a 40 pc room at our other site once refurbishment is complete.

No way we could operate without these facilities plus we can keep better control of all updates, software problems and reduce interference from all work IT do in the teaching rooms for the teaching staff.

Hi We have a dedicated exam room, 18 PC’s around the outside of the room with diffuser screens. We have 20 fold up exam table held in a trolley so that they are easily movable and the room can be set for paper based exams quickly without having to wait for caretaking staff to do it.

I am working on getting a second room, took me 5 years to this on though L

Hi All

Hope everyone’s surviving!

We’re a large FE college running many on-line exams across several sites (including approximately 3500 learners doing Functional Skills).

Does anybody have dedicated on-line exam rooms or do you schedule exams around teaching slots?  If the latter, how easy/difficult do you find the scheduling?

If you do have dedicated rooms, how many PCs are in the room/rooms?

Any help would be much appreciated; I know how busy you all are.
