Dear list mates

Would you tell me any useful references for my work on residents meeting managed by collaboration among a researcher (me), local government, and residents with disabilities. This is a narrative-based action research. I have tried to find suggestive research on Science Direct, Scopus, or Google Scholar, but have not found good one. I employed a group dynamics perspective

I have involved in the meeting in a middle size city in Japan, for more than 10 years. We have held the meeting five or six times a year. This meeting is different from municipal disability council that was consisted of high-ranking officials of local government or welfare service provider. The main agenda of the meeting were disability awareness program, employment, leisure activity, or prevention of illegally parked bicycle. I analyzed self-reflection of my involvement in the meeting, and the interaction among the member of the meeting on the basis of my advice, email or field notes. Additionally, I conducted focus group interviews with key persons with disabilities who actively managed the meeting.

Thank you
