Hi Crisis-forumers, I would just like to confirm that AMEG will be holding its workshop at the Alternative Rio Conference in London on 16th and 17th June 2012. I am confirming this as one Bahauddeen Latif posted to the Forum on 9th June inferring, for what must be considered suspect reasons, that the AMEG workshop has been cancelled. I have consulted one of the crisis-forum moderators and they have indicated they are happy for me to make this rebuttal. If any of you have been put-off by the misinformation being posted by B. Latif, the details of the Conference are at :- http://www.campaigncc.org/altsummit You will see here that the AMEG workshop is part of the last session on the Saturday. I hope to see many of you there, as we will argue that the Arctic methane emergency is probably the most critical and urgent issue under the general umberella of climate change that mankind has to face. The conference as a whole is a tremendous forum for helping you to decide how far AMEG's claim stands up in a field of multiple global crises and should not be missed if you can possibly make it.
