Hi Matthias, > Since atoms #13 and #14 are Phe4CA and Phe4C in the prot file that I used when importing another peaklist, I think that CCPN is using the two prot files simultaneously. OK I see... you can try this after importing your first shift/peak pair: Process->Clean up Resonance Application data Select xeasy, press OK, then import the second shift/peak pair. I'll see if I can add an option to the XEasy shift list import that does this for you. Bye, Wim
