Please take a look at the attached info which details the content of two excellent volumes all about culture, cultural competence, ethnicity,migrants/ migration and plenty more. The books are the result of the remarkable European funded COST project which was led by Professor David Ingleby -a frequent contributor on the transcultural mailing list. There is something for everyone, even a chapter by me which examines issues around the cultural competence of healthcare teams and their impact on patient safety. These books should be in every library and every reading list -from undergrads to postgrads and beyond. I highly recommend them as I know that once you have them they will be your constant companion. Enjoy and please pass this info to your colleagues.
many thanks,
rena
