Elgin joins lobby on funding | Local | News | St. Thomas Times-Journal

ST. THOMAS - The days of the Elgin County Archives having the resources to acquire valuable collections such the one from Alma College may be over.

That was one of the fallouts Stephen Francom, manager of archives warned might happen if the federal government follows through on a decision to stop funding the National Archival Development Program.
