Training course: Introductory Analysis of Linked Health Data 10th to 14th September 2012 Swansea University The Health Information Research Unit (HIRU) for Wales is hosting a prestigious 5-day training course on the analysis of linked health data. The course is entitled Introductory Analysis of Linked Health Data, and it will be held at Swansea University from 10th to 14th September 2012. The course will be led by Professor D'Arcy Holman from the University of Western Australia, who is a leading figure in the field of linked health data. The course covers an introduction to data linkage systems and describes how to use linked data to characterise populations, measure health events and outcomes, and apply risk adjustments.
