Dear all
Although aware of Dragon and other voice recognition software for ‘ordinary’ users of IT, I haven’t managed to find anything that is specialist for people who work in programming, within IT. Has anyone else come across anything with that kind of focus or specialism?
Many thanks,
Helen

Apart from the formal complains process we do you harassment advisors that staff and students can use to get support or help around bullying or harassment. As part of the process the advisor would complete an anonymous form that is sent back to me that gives details of the contact made. There are boxes that allow us to monitor if the issue is around such issues. We have also added another box that asks if it is around social media.

Hello all
I hope you had an enjoyable weekend and are enjoying the fact the rest of the working week will be only three days as well!
I am just wondering if anyone has a mechanism they use for collecting data on incidents such as racial or religious abuse, etc.
If so I would be interested to know the details and also to see any recording forms or things like that please...
regards, Deb
