Dear SPMlers,<br><br>We are following the DCM protocol for analyzing our data and currently select the best fitting model. We have one full model and we would like to detect the best fitting reduced model via spm_dcm_post_hoc (Post hoc optimization (under Laplace approximation)). <br>
The outputs are graphics reporting the model reduction and an optimizedDCM that contains reduced conditional parameters estimates. However, we have difficulties interpreting the graphics (eg the different colours in the &quot;Graph&quot; window or the different plots in the &quot;Graphics&quot; window). <br>
How can I extract my best fitting model?<br><br>Any help is greatly appreciated,<br><br>Carolin <br>
