I have a group result and extract an ROI from it. 

Now, I'd like to apply this ROI to the individual subject's map prior to normalization. 

Could anyone walk through how to go about? 

Any help would be appreciated.

FYI, I've directly normalized individual's EPIs to MNI EPI in SPM5 without using segmentation.
