Convert the HEAD/BRIK files to img/hdr or nii files. Then the contrasts can be used in SPM. This can be done with 3dcalc or 3dAFNItoNIFTI.

Hi folks,
I have a set of contrast images produced in ANFI and I'd like to pump them

have much luck finding a how-to post. Any suggestions would be mucho
appreciated.

Cheers
Mike
