Hello SPM users, I have a very strange issue with masks - my first level masks look like normal binary masks - my second level masks however are hugely inflated. See the attached PDF Anyone any ideas? I am worried that this larger mask will not exclude enough information from outside the brain and is decreasing sensitivity. I am running SPM 8 and the data were collected on a 1.5 system using a 32 channel coil. Thank you, Níall.
