Dear all,

I am planning to use HDW method suggested by Dr. Ashburner to do the preprocessing for a Longitudinal VBM study, the detail of which has previously been described in :
https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/webadmin?A2=ind1010&L=spm&P=R31232&1=spm&9=A&J=on&d=No+Match%3BMatch%3BMatches&z=4

However, my study involves multiple timepoints of acquisition, i.e. at least 3 times and quite a few subjects. I am not sure how to make adjustments on the coregistration procedure because as you see, Dr.Ashburner's method only concerns 2 time points of acquisition which involves coregistering the early to late or vice versa.

So should I coregister all the time points to the earliest or the latest timepoint or is consecutive coregistration ( cogregister timepoint 2 to timepoint 1 and 3 to 2 ...) a better idea?

Many thanks and best regards,
                 Ce
