Hello, I am trying to convert a .sdt to Analyze or .img format, which can be read by spm8.I was able to read the .SDT using a matlab script and get a matrix output.I have been trying to use the lyngby_write_ana script to write this volume to an analyze file.But I have been getting lots of errors.Could you suggest some alternative scripts I could use for this conversion. i am new to MATLAB.
