Dear SPMers **1. In SPM8, previously I was using European* brain templates* as the standard template. There was ICBM space template of East Asian brains also. Our study deals with Indian population , so do you think it is better to use East asian brains.. 2. Realignment step When we do the realignment step, we get movement parameter graphs. (Please see the attachment). Can u please tell me whether errors are there in my study...viz, considerable movement of head? Also, can we do the realignment in one step for all controls and patients? -- Regards, Sam Smith
