Postdoctoral Fellows

- Starting date: September 2012 (tentative)

- Duration: 3 years (annual renewal subject to positive evaluation)

- Location: The job position is located in both entities, approximately half time periods in each one. BCAM is a recently created research center established in Bilbao (Basque Country – Spain), while Tecnalia is located in Zamudio (10km from Bilbao) at the Science and Technology Park of Biscay.

- Salary: Competitive at European level

You will have obtained Ph.D. in a strongly quantitative field such as Mathematics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Telecommunications Engineering, Economics or related. Your research interests will be in intelligent analytics, heuristics, supercomputing, data mining, stochastic processes and optimization. Preference will be given to highly motivated researchers with previous postdoctoral experience, who will possess excellent analytical, technical, programming and problem solving skills, fluency in English, good technical writing and presentation skills.
