Hi John
I had better start out by declaring my "interest".. I am a provider of Immunisation Updates.- which have been devised specifically for OH people and cover the HPA syllabus (which includes anaphyllaxis)  presented by a specialist practitioner in vaccination/travel health and CPR done by a Red Cross Instructor with Resusi-Annies..

I think it depends on your preferred style of learning...I am somewhat old in the tooth and I am really turned off by "online" learning.

I much prefer to see slides , hear information and have a human being who can answer questions in front of me.
Plus hear what happens/ benchmark/best practice  in other  work locations during Group Work.

However I cannot see how you can do CPR training online as it is so practical.
Actually getting the rate of compression right, seeing how far the chest is compressed , ensuring that you get the airway open by head tilt and seeing the chest rise etc...

I am an active event First aider with the Red Cross and I take every opportunity to practice on Annies..

Perhaps you could do a First Aid course for that bit and do  the other bits online.
