Hi Ann

Chair adjusted to correct height, with feet flat on flooor if not then
need foot rest (A4 box folder initially will do) backrest adjusted to
support lower back.
Screen at arms length from you and top of screen level with the eyeline
avoiding glare/reflections.
Keyboard flat, mouse clean and fully functioning.(tip keyboard upside
down and shake all the fluff/hair/crumbs out of it, wipe with
antibacterial wipes interdental brushes are great for be furr balling a
keyboard))
Document slope/holder if required.
Phone on opposite side to dominant hand if not got a head set.
With arms resting level on the desk top and elbows at your sides open
hands to 10 to 2 position everything you need should be within this arc
and no further away from you than arnms length away, without stretching.
Check for good light, plenty room to move, and no clutter under the
desk.
Change posture, get up move about hourly.

Hope this is what you needed I have hot desked and the keyboards are
dire.

	Hello List

Would anyone be happy to share any succinct guidelines/list
they may have (say A5 sheet) of a reminder of how to set up your
workstation when sitting at a hot desk area?

	Best wishes Annie
