It may be that she can put you in contact with others (like myself ) who are running travel study days/courses who would be prepared to give you a place.

Last year I tried running a Travel Immunisation Study Day  and had very few applicants. (I think it was 3).

 I ran it anyway and found it beneficial, but it was not cost effective.
