Hi Justin

Do you mean training for you or accesst to CBT for employees?

If it's access for employees then the options are:
www.beatingtheblues.co.uk
http://www.llttf.com/ (Living life to the full)
http://moodgym.anu.edu.au/welcome

They are all very similar in nature; but some people prefer the language/style of a particular site.

I have been told there’s no money available for it! Times are hard in the public sector!!!

I know there are some on line CBT courses that individuals can sign up and I can put a link to from our web pages. Has anyone got any experience with these?

Dear all,

Can anyone recommend a good FREE CCBT course please? My employers are very supportive of this as long as it doesn’t cost them any money!!

Thanks
