I think there are loads online - personally would be wary of recommending anything unless it was from a highly reputable organisation, and even then I would think twice. I think there is significant potential for well being advice to backfire, especially if it is very specific about particular providers or there is dissatisfaction with work. In my cynical moments I would also wonder why its "free" , who designed it etc. as I am fairly sure that it is true that you get what you pay for. I am aware that there are work through books (CBT for Dummies etc, and the "How to Overcome...." series.
