On 19 June Creating Capacity www.creatingcapacity.org brings back
*Understanding online audiences: A practical guide to gathering meaningful
information*. This course is designed for anyone involved in, or considering
undertaking, online audience research to gather data on users. This includes
those developing user services; marketing staff; education and outreach
teams; IT and website staff; and middle management. 

How will I benefit?

In this session you will benefit from a session which develops your: 
* Understanding of the benefits of a coordinated approach to online audience
research
* Experience of developing online surveys, focus groups, user testing and
web statistics analysis

Who is the trainer?

Martin Bazley at www.martinbazley.com is our expert in the field. As
Vice-Chair of DLNet With more than 10 years experience of developing,
evaluating and project managing online learning resources and other digital
technology you will be in safe hands. Martin spent 7 years as Internet
Projects Manager in the Learning Unit at the Science Museum, London. He
taught for 8 years in a range of schools and has many years experience as a
project manager of digital projects. A participant in a previous course

'It was really interesting to see focus groups and observation practice and
the usefulness of them - I'm sure I'll be able to put some of this info into
practice!'

What to do next

The course takes place in central London and costs £155 plus VAT.  Fees
