Paul -- We were development partners with OCLC's service (back in 1997) but stopped using it for serials at the point we started subscribing to Serials Solutions.  I think it's a useful service if it's still being maintained.  I would suggest confirming with a real live person @ OCLC that the service is still a going concern.  --Steve
