Dear All For any WinCHILL users out there, does anyone use the facility on WinCHILL to generate a request email to the British library? We are currently trialling WinCHILL and finding that the emails we produce spread the article titles across two lines, making them unacceptable to the British Library. Any advice would be appreciated.
