Hi John, CWA were faced with the same dilemma, we also had webroot through a different reseller "Email Protection Agency" http://www.epacloud.com/ . These guys (EPA) managed our transition very effectively and gave us multiple options, we reviewed several options and selected the Symantec solution which we've recently embedded. It requires zero administration on our part. Altman/Webroot are discontinuing the service and we'll be looking at the alternatives.
