Hi All, So far this is the only suggestion of a 3rd railway coaling tower in the UK - Thanks Brian. There is a record in the RCAHMW online database, Coflein, for it: http://www.coflein.gov.uk/en/site/85354/details/ABERYSTWYTH+RAILWAY+STATION%3A+COALING+STAGE+AND+WATER+TOWER/ A similar one to the Aberystwyth tower stands and is in use at Didcot Railway Centre; I knew of the one at Carnforth but not the one in Immingham, so that makes a total of three; there are to my knowledge no others standing in the UK.
