Running a Historic Environment Project using MoRPHE

English Heritage and the Oxford University Dept. of Continuing Education are offering a one-day course on 'Running a Historic Environment Project using MoRPHE' on 29th June 2012 in Oxford.

The course will be of value to all sector colleagues looking to adopt the MoRPHE approach in managing their projects. MoRPHE is now the required approach for all projects commissioned by English Heritage, including those previously run using MAP2. The course will introduce the MoRPHE approach to project management, and give participants the opportunity to practice some of the skills required, and discuss the approach with other project managers. Course tutors will be Amanda Feather and Edmund Lee from the English Heritage Capacity Building Team.
