GIS Technician - £120per Day - South East - 6 week placement I have an urgent requirement for a GIS Technician, the role is to start immediately for a period up 6 weeks. I need someone with the following skill set; • Expertise of ESRI Desktop GIS products. • An understanding and experience of working with UK coastal and marine datasets would be beneficial. • Ability to present spatial data in order to promote understanding amongst a range of information users. • Analysis of datasets using geo-processing and Spatial Analyst tools. • An understanding of projections and datums. • Consideration of metadata, relevant standards and its importance within GIS. • Experience of producing high-quality outputs that meet the requirements of specific business needs Please forward me your CV asap to be considered for interview.
