Dear Gemmers Does anyone out there have experience of job shares? Does anyone employ jobsharers? does it work well? Has anyone applied for a job successfully as a job share? Or has anyone applied for a full time job intending to do it part time/ or with the hope that someone else might like to do a job share with them? I have been so frustrated recently how many jobs have come up that are full time only. For a profession dominated by women this seems sad. And finally, would anyone be interested in a job share with me! (I am London based). Really interested in hearing any of your thoughts on this issue.
