There's a museum devoted to this very subject in a town called Condom in SW France - might be worth contacting them. I have some friends living close by but the museum has never been open when I've been around. (Just to lighten up your Friday pm my friends live between Lourdes & Condom or the sublime & the ridiculous depending on how you look at it!)

I’ve had a request from someone looking for resources about the history of contraception, specifically over the past 60 to coincide with the Jubilee! I have a few bits I can pass on but if anyone has any resources they don’t mind sharing (and I can pass on what I have) would be much appreciated.
Thank you in advance!
