Dear Experts, I am wondering how to go about extracting statistics and coordinates for clusters from whole-brain analysis in FSL. I would like to report on particular contrasts of interest. It seems as if using FSLView's Cluster Browser is not the best option because it is unable to separate the clusters efficiently. Do people separate the clusters manually or is there an automatic way?
