I'm working with flirt to change one image on native space to the mni152_t1_1mm template, I was successfull with it but firstly I did have to swap the directions of my native image, the thing is that I would like to go back to the native space using img2stdcoords and, I have no idea how to consider the rotations made by fslswapdim in junction to the affine transformation matrix output from flirt step... Can anyone help me on it?
