Hi, I used fnirt to coregister an image to MNI152_T1_1mm. How can understand if I got a good output? You addressed such an issue in Registration Practical, but would prefer to have a command to obtain a number that assess the 'quality' of non linear registration. Regards. Alessandra Carlà
