Hello,

I have a single plane view T1 image (e.g. Sagittal plane view only).

I’d like to register DTI image to the single plan T1 image by using flirt. Due to T1 images are in the different rotation as DTI image.

I try the option of ‘incorrectly oriented’ but the result is still not correct.

Do you have any suggestion how to register DTI map to single plane view of T1 images.
