As part of Internal Inspection, I have been asked to review the following documents:

 

Internal Appeals Procedure (Internal Assessment Policy)

Controlled Assessment Policy

Procedures for emergency evacuation of the exam room

 

Please can I ask if anyone has examples of the above which they are willing to share? 

 

Also, I have been asked to provide evidence of customer voice (feedback on exams from students/staff/parents). Has anyone else been asked for this?  Do you have an example of a questionnaire I could use?

 

Any help would be much appreciated,
