Yes – we had the same letter for some of our candidates. I had sight of it yesterday! Absolute pain – and like you I think the candidates have already retaken these.

Yet another frustration at a very busy time – and something we could all do without!

Subject: incorrect Evolve results for CG Hospitality

Anyone else received a letter from City & Guilds (via ‘programme leader’ of centre – whoever that is) about incorrect Evolve results being issued? This is dated 21^st May and I’ve been passed it today from the Hospitality team. These relate to 7091 Evolve (UKT) tests that have gone through the system as FAIL when in fact they have passed. Our learners, incidentally, had already retaken them.

I really need to write that complaint letter consolidating everything on behalf you all, and this may just give me the kick I need to do it!

Feedback appreciated on similar stories/situations with CG.
