P Before you print think about the ENVIRONMENT

 

 

 

Big problem with Edexcel exams and booking I have booked all my exams for next week over 100 students printed off  confirmations and when checked none of them are showing. Also running exams today screens keep freezing and coming up with errors.

Anyone else having problems?

Same at our centre we made bookings Tuesday for Wednesday 1 came through the other 4 for a different level never came through when I rang Edexcel they said the bookings had not been made but had the confirmation paperwork in front of me.  What I did find if no attendance lists are showing on the morning of the examination your exam has disappeared, they need to be re entered.

Hi All

It is Monday morning so something is bound to go wrong! Following on from the issues with e-volve last week this week the Edexcel Onscreen Testing appears to have gone down. We have a fully booked week of onscreen tests but have been unable to log into the ESM server screens. So far Edexcel / Pearson have provided nothing in the way of information or answers, just "we are working on it" when you get through to the overflow call centre. A few questions:

1. Anyone else have this issue?
2. Anyone getting any idea as to when it will be back and hence how many exams to postpone?
3. Does the affect the other PearsonVue testing platforms?
