Hi all,
Those of you who accomodate CII testing will have seen this, those that do not probably haven't:
"I have been advised that, as an interim measure, all City & Guilds online examinations have been suspended. CII examinations will be the only examinations left open/live and available on the SecureAssess system until the general problems with load/delivery have been resolved.
This means that it should be possible to run CII examinations as normal this afternoon - and for the rest of the week."
How long this "interim measure" is seems to be anybody's guess, but as it stands at the moment it seems we cannot run any e-volve testing other than CII...

Started to appear last night on couple machines but this morning I got it even on my machine.
And by the way: I AM local admin...

We've had problems this morning as well, I can't understand why they can't ping out an email instead of waiting for people to discover the problem!! They have our email addresses in evolve so it shouldn't be that difficult!

Just to let you know that I have spoken with customer service as I cannot get through on their Evolve hotline and they are aware that they are having performance issues. I believe their IT guys are looking into these issues now!
