I notice the post is advertised for female staff only.

Does anyone know what the requirements are these days (I presume guided by the 2010 Equalities Act) for job adverts specifying a particular sex? I think it used to be a requirement to state that a post is exempt under the Sex Discrimination Act 1975.

I ask as we have a female-only service where I work.

Regards
