Dear All,

We are reviewing our data quality policy and I am looking for policies from other organisations to compare and contrast.

Does anyone have one they are willing to share off (or on the list).  I have seen some on the internet and these are mainly NHS focused.

I would like to discuss what methods you have for checking data quality, how often you check (aside from audit), and what systems you have in place.  My focus is on the compliance to data protection principle 4. http://www.ico.gov.uk/for_organisations/data_protection/the_guide/information_standards/principle_4.aspx

I would be particularly interested in your approach to large multi-user systems such as CRM or other databases where a number of people may access and update the records.

Any assistance would be gratefully received and reciprocated.

Thanks

Lawrence
