If you cut and paste [69° 26′ 12″ n, 32° 25′ 29″ e] into Google Earth, indeed no zoom.  However if you delete the degree, minute,signifiers and are left with [69 26 12 n, 32 25 29 e] it does zoom.  In fact you don't need the comma either.

Seems odd that G E works better without the signifiers, but that's how it's been set up.  Makes it much easier to type in locations, anyway.
