-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Dear ..., most of these libraries are probably present in /usr/local/Coot-0.6.2/lib or in $CLIB. coot-real is not directly but from a script which ammends the LD_LIBRARY_PATH by those non-standard directories where coot finds some of the specialised libraries. Start by installind libldap first, that's not a special library. You should be able to find the correct package name by 'aptitude search libldap' or any other package search tool available on ubuntu.
