Hi Ellen, Do you have any assignments in the peak list for the first residue (Pro-113)? If not, then it won't show up in the 'format sequence codes' because the FC didn't find any information on such a residue in the peak list assignments. In any case, if you make sure that you link the first residue for which you have information (114, sounds like) to the correct residue in the data model then all should be well, Pro-113 will still be there in CCPN, you just won't have any assignments to it.
