Some of our staff have found benefit in having a mentoring arrangement, much like those provided for disabled students, where they can have an hour once a week / fortnight / month with someone not in their line management who can talk over with them how well they are coping, make suggestions about workload and time management, act as a sounding board or emotional outlet if needed, etc..

Dear All
A colleague has asked me whether I am aware of any useful resources on coping with depression at work. I have found a few things via a google search, but I wondered whether anyone had come across any books or resources they would particularly recommend.
Many thanks
