This workshop focuses on critical interventions in geographies of education. It will consider both the spatial flows and discontinuities involved in education spaces and (re)thinking the ‘voice’ through which such issues are articulated. As part
of this process, the workshop aims both to rethink traditional spaces in which education has been located and to think outside those spaces - in alternative educational settings, in leisure or play spaces, in order to trace the multiple intersections between
learning and everyday life.
