Dear SPM users I'm doing a VBM (GM) and TBSS (WM) analyses. I want to report anatomical relationship between GM and WM. I need to quantify the overlap, for example including only clusters that demonstrated some degree of overlap between VBM and TBSS and quantifying the number of voxels. Is there any specific way to get that? Thanks in advance Nelly
