Hello All- SnPM8 fails to save the SnPM_ST file when computing the distribution despite being instructed to do so. If pU_ST_Ut == -1 it saves SnPM_ST correctly by calling spm_append_96, but it does not do so otherwise. While no error is thrown, this is not the behavior of SnPM5b, which will save SnPM_ST even if a cluster threshold is defined. Further, snpm_combo_pp will throw an error as it is unable to find SnPM_ST. Thanks! Nick
