Slightly different process Ann (as is ours where potential employee is told
what general gist of report rather than getting copy in advance or hearing
it dictated) but essentially the candidate is aware of the assessment
findings and outcome; in this case it doesn't sound as if the candidate was
aware so has been totally taken by surprise by outcome and wants to know
what was said.
