Loans and transfers in Language and Literature

Our last session this year will feature two papers from very different disciplines, looking at how words and myths are reused in contexts different to their origin, transforming both themselves and their new surroundings. While the first of our panellists will be examining Greek Myths in Contemporary Italian Literature, the second focuses on what occurs when words from one European language pass into others. Join us for a stimulating discussion!
